This website, www.mydos.nl (hereafter: "Website"), is owned by DTS, located at Hoofdveste 2 (3992 DG and with chamber of commerce number: 68560036), Houten in the Netherlands. If you wish to enter into any purchase with DTS, you need to register this. This privacy Statement applies to all data provided to DTS in the context of entering into purchases with DTS and also applies to the use of this Website. DTS respects the privacy of every person visiting this Website (hereafter: "User") and ensures that personal data is treated confidentially.

DTS collects and processes information about the use and feedback on this Website. This ensures that DTS can further develop and improve this Website. Customers

Access to this Website does not require the User to provide any personal data. However, for certain parts of the Website, such as the order section, the User does have to provide personal data. DTS uses the personal data as follows:
Any User or customer who wishes to place an order by DTS needs to register itself. On this Website this can be done by completing this registration form. The data DTS needs from a User or customer in order to be able to carry out an order are: the name of the company, the Chamber of Commerce number, the e-mail address, the shipping address and the payment details. This data (hereinafter: "customer-or personal data") is stored by us in a secure customer database and linked to a customer number.

This Privacy Statement is governed by Dutch law. The court of Oost-Brabant has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute resulting from, related to, or associated with the use and/or contents of this Website. The Dutch version of this Privacy Statement is binding.
